The questions we get asked most, answered honestly. If yours isn't here, just call us.
Yes — every new client, no exceptions. It's where we check you're suitable, go through your medical history, and tell you honestly what will and won't help. For some treatments we can consult and treat on the same visit; for others we'll ask you to come back so you've had time to think. That's a feature, not a delay.
Honestly? Less than you're probably imagining. Injectables use a very fine needle and most people describe a quick sharp scratch or mild pressure. Where it helps, we use numbing cream, ice or products that already contain a local anaesthetic. We'll always tell you what to expect before we start — no surprises.
Depends on the treatment and on you. As a rough guide: anti-wrinkle lasts around 3–4 months, dermal filler anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area, and skin treatments like peels and microneedling work best as a course with occasional top-ups. We'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific plan — not a best-case fantasy.
For most treatments, very little — plenty of people come on a lunch break. You might have some redness, mild swelling or the odd small bruise around injection sites for a few hours to a few days. We'll tell you exactly what to expect for your treatment and how to plan around anything important in your diary.
Not on our watch. Natural, in-proportion results are the whole point — we'd rather you came back for a touch-up than walked out overfilled. If you ask for something we think would look unnatural or wouldn't suit you, we'll say so and suggest a better approach. Our benchmark: people notice you, not your treatment.
In trained hands, with proper products and protocols, they have a strong safety record — and that's exactly how we work. We screen your medical history, use only genuine regulated products, and follow strict hygiene with single-use needles. Like any medical procedure there are possible side effects and risks, and we'll walk you through them so your decision is a properly informed one.
You need to be 18 or over. Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have certain medical conditions, allergies, active skin infections or are on particular medications. That's what the consultation and screening are for — we'll only go ahead if it's genuinely safe and right for you.
Our guide prices are on the Pricing page, shown “from” as a starting point. What you actually pay depends on the plan we agree at consultation — product, number of areas, and whether a course makes sense. We're upfront about the total before you commit. No hidden extras.
Come with clean skin and go easy on heavy makeup if you can. For injectables, it's worth avoiding alcohol and blood-thinning supplements (think high-dose fish oil or vitamin E) for a day or two beforehand to reduce bruising — unless they're prescribed, in which case leave them be. We'll send any treatment-specific advice when you book.
Fill in the consultation request form or call us on {{PHONE}} and we'll sort a time. A small deposit may apply to secure certain appointments — we'll always tell you upfront if it does.

No question is too small or too awkward. Book a consultation or give us a call and we'll talk it through.
